  • Achieving acquisition of SME BWC Products by managing a Relationship team;
  • Managing and monitoring directly a team of Relationship Manager
  • Set Business & Operational Goals & Monitor to achievement
  • Key products:
  1. Business Working Capital
  2. Cross Sell BIL, LAP
  3. Trade Products
  4. FX Products
  5. Referral for life and non-life Insurance and investments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Portfolio Management:
  • Deliver against the financial framework and progress Group
  • Total Franchise Income, Non-Financing Income, Trade Volumes & Fee
  • Responsible for closing all pending entries in coordination with Client and Operations
  • All pending EDPMS entry > 270 days and IDPMS > 180 days
  • Each month a Net Reduction of 20% of the overdue
  • regular follow ups on all EDPMS and IDPMS entries with ageing > 30 days
  • Embed innovation, digitization and analytics
  • Improve S2B penetration
  • Achieve the Scorecard Targets set for the Relationship team in terms of product mix.
  • Manage a team of Relationship Managers responsible for Managing the ETB BWC Portfolio and Book Growth through ETB Referrals, Direct Sourcing, Cross Sell & the Sales channel.
  • Work closely on Increasing the Limit Utilization.
  • Achieve best in class productivity of the relationship & sales.
  • Manage costs within budgeted levels.
  • Review & Revise relationship profitability.
  • Constantly develop and manage alternate distribution channels for sourcing and referrals.
  • Develop and implement Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the marketing function.
  • Achieve the budgeted cross sales targets.
  • Participate in Sales calls individually or with Relationship Managers to acquire large prospective customers.
  • Implement sales incentive programs and sales contests.
MONITORING PERFORMANCE:
  • Implement monitoring mechanisms to measure the productivity of each relationship & sales personnel in the region.
  • Monitor the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the Relationship Managers.
  • Drive the relationship & sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled.
  • Derive insights to Competitor Sales activities and effectively counter the efforts.
  • Continuously provide feedback of the acceptance of the products & processes in the market and suggested changes that could provide impetus to the sales efforts.
  • Monitor the depth of all relationships acquired. Achieve the maximum share of wallet for each customer acquired by the sales team.
  • Continuously upgrade and innovate sales techniques to maximize productivity.

  • Monitor Operational Risk Management of unit & compliance with process & regulatory reporting.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
  • Manage, Motivate, Mentor and develop the team.
  • Development and counseling needs for staff.
INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT:Drive the Sales Integration in the region to evolve a smooth transition of the sales processes.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in managing a sales team in large geographical areas.
  • Experience in handling Assets, Liabilities & Trade Products would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
  • An ability to enhance the sales culture in the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability in Sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Should have strong administrative & financial skills to run the operation as an entrepreneur.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
