Should have passion for writing code as you will be required to spend most of his time in writing code. Min. 6-8 years of work experience in the same. A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. Must have worked on distributed architecture. Familiarity with SQL/ NoSQL (Mongo) databases and their declarative query languages. Unit test cases, automation. Database and application optimization. Handling high traffic data, aws servers/ architecture. Work in small teams and able to lead them,
