We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product.Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Answering calls and resolving queries about product.
  2. Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.
  3. Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
  4. Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
  5. Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
  6. Responding to inquiries concerning things of the organization
  7. Posing questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales
  8. Considering the details of each offering and staying side by the side of updates to these contributions.
  9. Acquiring and updating an individuals contact details.
  10. Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role or Fresher can apply too.
  • High school diploma; Any Graduate Degree will be added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
