Who can develop good clients relationships to identify and drive up sell opportunities services and manage the need of the clients providing them with the desired services as per their need.Contact and sell to an existing customer base ensuring that all relevant contacts are regularly contacted, demonstration the ability to maximize selling time by excellent planning and organization.Role & Responsibilities:1. Candidate must have 1-7 years of telesales experience in the BPO/relevant contact centre industry.2. Candidate should have experience of working in both Inbound & Outbound setups.3. Candidate should have done B2C sales. Relevant experience of selling directly to the final consumer.4. Candidate should have strong business acumen and sales orientation.5. Candidates must have worked through a dialler and should have sold big ticker size products/services.6. Ensure all engagement communications meet the quality and consistency standards for the company.7.
