Job Description

    Job Title: TGT Mathematics TeacherLocation: Gurgaon & DelhiJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to students in accordance with the schools curriculum. Use a variety of instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the mathematics department to develop and enhance the curriculum. Integrate innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate students understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment. Implement effective classroom management strategies to. ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Parental Engagement: Regularly communicate with parents regarding students progress and achievements. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technology. Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops.Requirements Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field; Masters degree in Education is a plus. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience as a Mathematics teacher, preferably in a TGT role. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and styles. Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching,
