GENERAL DESCRIPTIONShould be a hardcore qualified tool and die making Engineer from reputed institute / College with hands on experience in making high quality AL. && Zinc PDC dies.Take up the responsibility of Head Tool room Manager for new tool making and running Tool maintenance mostly high volume PDC dies for Zinc and Aluminum, capability to keep the dies alwaysin very good running state.To organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations and achieve targeted minimum die down time.Must have Exposure in making high quality dies with standardization.Knowledge of working with applicable software viz. UG, NX Auto CAD CAM , etc for tool development and tool making.Development of tool development timing plan and track the activity from PO to approval of samples.Knowledge of die design simulation software results interpretation. Training needs identification for employees both class room and on the job.Responsible for drawing preparation, review , approval and revision control.knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and to maintain the current quality standards.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMinimum 10-15 yrs. of experience in engineering company of repute.Diploma with 15 years or Graduate Engineer with 10-12 years experience or more.Experience in diecasting industries of repute.Experience in NPD is desirable.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Diploma mechanical / Graduate Engineer Mechanical with experience as above
