Job Description

    We are hiring for an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting company.Must-Have** (Ideally should not bemore than 3-5)
    • Work experience on TrackWise configuration which includes all items in system and coordinator configuration.
    • Ability to create new workflows and modify existing workflows by referring to design documents.
    • Experience in designing crystal reports and implementing performance tuning measures in the reports.
    • Ability to interact with customer and discuss about requirement and suggest good practices for implementing business flows
    • Experience in performing upgrade of the TrackWise application including underlying infrastructure
    Good-to-Have
    • Knowledge of TrackWise IWS and OWS along with its APIs
    • Experience in creating DB queries, stored procedures, VB scripts
    • Knowledge on GxP processes and pharma industry
    Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
    • Administration, configuration, upgrade and support of TrackWise Version 9 and above
    • provide TrackWise implementation consultation and conduct functional and technical review sessions
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
    • Requirement analysis and software lifecycle documentation
    • Work effectively on independent projects and in cooperation with variety of customer and technical professionals to prioritize tasks and resolve complex problems
