We are looking for Training ManagerQualifications:- Excellent communication skillsCandidates should have minimum 8- 10 years of relevant experience in the field of training & development. He should have experience in behavioral, leadership and process training, able to facilitate training up to and including management to improve leadership and soft skills. Background to provide training to sales staff would be an advantage.Description:- As a Trainer, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the process of training & development for sales & other staff and strategize the training & development process to help the organization development. Other responsibilities include: i) Responsible to delivery training on product knowledge, sales processes. ii) How to become an effective sales person, how to improve communication & presentation skills. iii) Periodically review, assess and continuously improve effectiveness of training plans and programs. iv) Responsible to train the team of trainers for functional & soft skills training delivery. v) Strategic planning, initiating and spearheading the training and development programs across the organization. vi) Work closely for understanding expectations and conductive training and conduct training needs analysis. vii) Responsible for presenting reports and timely updates. viii) Develop and evaluate courses and programs related to the acquisition of functional skills and knowledge as well as for leadership development. ix) These may include workshops, e- Learning courses and On- the- Job (OJT) development activities.
