Job Description

  • Deliver business clients and retail clients Fx budget
  • Work closely with zonal stakeholders such as Regional Head for Business Banking, Team Leader & Relationship Manager Business Banking based out of major branches in the region
  • Work closely with Business Banking RM s and PIB, PFB Relationship Manager to deepen product penetration and client activation
  • Leverage the trade business to create and augment Fx revenue through both cash and forward contracts
  • Work closely with Business Banking acquisition team and EB team to source Fx business
  • Ensure visibility of Fx through regular communication to front line
  • Visit branches in mapped zone to focus on retail Fx business
  • Present updates on product in monthly review meetings
  • Train internal stakeholders such as RM / SM on Fx product opportunities and processes
  • Identify and generate prospective opportunities in the existing portfolio and driving Fx revenues including forward limits setup with RM s
  • Use systems such as CTMT and CEMS to identify NTP prospects
  • Analyse data provided by WMPS MIS team to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Joint calls with RM s for onboarding / activation of new customers
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Post graduate with 6 years of working in trade / Fx business
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange, financial markets and relevant regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple branches / stakeholders (internal & external) with the aim of driving compliant business growth
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Able to deliver under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in teams effortlessly
