Job Description

    1. BDM (Business Development Manager)JD: Develop new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, identify market trends, and drive sales strategies. Must have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    2. SalesJD: Responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires effective communication and a customer-focused approach.
    3. TelesalesJD: Make outbound calls to potential customers, promote and sell products/services, handle objections, and close sales over the phone. Strong phone etiquette and persuasion skills are a must.
    4. TelecallingJD: Contact potential customers, provide information about products/services, and generate interest. Must be able to follow scripts, handle customer queries, and maintain a positive attitude.
    5. TelemarketingJD: Initiate and manage marketing calls, explain services/products, gather customer feedback, and contribute to marketing campaigns. Experience with cold-calling is preferred.
