Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the companys revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other platforms.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
    • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM/software.
    • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Represent the company professionally in meetings and networking events.
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
    • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Good presentation and client handling skills.
    • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
    Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or client handling.
    • Experience with B2B/B2C sales processes.
    Salary:As per company standards and candidate experience.
