BDM (US/ IT STAFFING)Minimum 3 year to 5 years of Experience as Sales, Business Development Manager (BDM) Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations rate New Sales. Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling. Must have experience working with various Direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partner, should be able to identify/target potential vendors in US and get Contract Staffing requirements and closing the positions. Possess end-to-end sales process exposure, starting from calling fortune prospects, negotiation, and business closure & account management. Plans and prepare strategy to achieve sales targets month on month and sales forecast annually.Strong networking skills and should be able to leverage on network to convert the discussion to business. Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients and Implementing Partner. Should able to get Contract Staffing requirements from Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partner and closing the positions.
