Job Description

Corporate MNC TS Sales role for developing and executing TS inbound sales for the MNC segment in North India. The individual will be accountable for driving TS financial goals from existing and prospective clients, working closely with Corporate Bankers / Markets team / Trade team in India, as well as Global and Regional teams based outside of India.JPMorgan Chase & Co is a global financial services powerhouse with assets of US$1.3 trillion and operations in more than 70 countries. Treasury Services (TS) - the worlds largest cash management provider - moves, concentrates and invests client money, and provides trade finance and logistics solutions. TS products include payments, collections, trade finance, investments, and information services that help companies manage working capital and liquidity. The business, which operates in 41 countries, is the worlds largest U.S. dollar clearer, processing an average of $3.2 trillion in fund transfers each day.Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver against TS Corporate Cash Management financial targets assigned for North India
  • Assist the TS Head for North India and Intra-Asia to drive the local product agenda based on client requirements and local sector strategies
  • Build and maintain relationship with regional MNC sales team ensuring global and regional sales and client account plans are locally executed (for assigned clients)
  • Ensure core disciplines around pipeline management, including proactive management of conversion cycles and revenue ramp up, pipeline analysis and reporting
  • Drive a portfolio of client relationships; build and maintain relationships with key partners to generate leads and maximise cross-sell of TS products and bundled solutions
  • Hold regular cross functional reviews with peers in Client Service and Operations to ensure coordinated management of client relationships
  • Promote the TS business in the broader marketplace
  • Ensure a strong Risk & Control framework is maintained with an ongoing focus on adherence to KYC, AML, GFCC, PAD, PEP and Reputation Risk standards, to name a few
  • Promote the needs of India clients with local and regional product partners (including for specific corridors in Asia)
General Knowledge and Experience Required:
  • Detailed knowledge of cash management services and products including collections, payments, account structures, and liquidity management (Critical)
  • Minimum 7-8 years experience in business development and/or relationship management
  • Strong client contacts especially with multinational companies operating in India (Critical)
