Job Description

We have an opening forVirtual Customer Service (VCS) with our Ecommerce client which is offering the full time work from home opportunity.Customer Service Associate-VCS-IndiaVirtual Customer Service (VCS)- It is a Work from Home ;model for India CS. VCS associates are expected to work from a home location approved for all scheduled hours. It is the responsibility of the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and work-like; environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.You will receive 6 weeks of mandated online training, either trainer-led or group-based, which will allow you to meet your new team virtually and learn together on how to offer the best customer service experience.Desired skills:

  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure
  • productivity and department standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer

  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7,
  • Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer

Preferred Criteria:
  • Should be self-driven, motivated and task driven individual who can learn fast and
  • operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.
  • Should ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to
  • ensure maximum productivity
  • Should ensure;Work-like; environment with no disturbance during the work hours.
  • The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy
  • environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion
  • for excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Applicant should be 18 years of age or older.
  • Applicant should be authorized to work in India
  • Minimum qualification required is 10+2, but currently you should not be pursuing any regular studies.
  • Applicant should be comfortable working in a non-technical role.
  • Training will be during first 6-8 weeks, and during this time unscheduled leaves will not be allowed
  • Applicant should be comfortable working in Night Shifts, Over Time, and if required on a Public Holiday.
  • Employees are required to work in 9 hours shift, this includes 8 working hours and 1 hour of break.
  • Employees are entitled to two consecutive Weekly Offs in a week and the same would not necessarily be on Saturday or Sunday.
