  • Maintenance of customer complaints.

  • Assist with training and identify training needs within the group and provide feedback.

  • Knowledge of Customer Procedures / Policies.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Should be able to articulate with good customer service skills.
  • Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment.
Candidate Specification:
  • Good Communication & Thought process is required.
  • Under graduates /Experience in a call center environment would be an advantage.
  • Graduate or graduate equivalent and undergraduate can also apply.
  • Fresher and Experience Candidate may Apply.

  • Agents should possess grammatically correct communication skills in written and Verbal English.
