Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Preparing Reports on Daily basis such as LOCA, defective recovery, NTS task related work.
Handling customer escalations and Part LOCA.
Worked as a single point of contact for all work order related incidents which involved dispatching parts to various locations within country with documentation ensured SLA s are met. Accountable for order fulfilment, CE PPK for ATM parts, requested by the customers Field Team.
Control on daily shipments to make sure ETAs are met. 3PL KPI met.
Monitoring all orders, taking necessary action to expedite deliveries.
Follow-up with the 3PL transporter warehouse team to meet SLA s committed
Identifying achieving APAC Service Quality Index (SQI) through reduction of aged incidents, Interacting with Planners to increase parts availability at Local level, deployment of excess inventory for impacting locations for stock balancing proactive approach to resolving customer issues w.r.t service part
Acts as the single point of contact for all order fulfillment issues after order submission; Acts as single point of contact for all Order related activities including logistics and shipment Deliveries
Processes and co-ordinates order change or shifts in customer requirements such as cancellations, add-ons, product substitutions,
Communicates changes as necessary and monitors impact; Escalates, as appropriate, any issue that may impact.
Identifies areas of improvement, understands issues, takes corrective action or escalates appropriately.
Update daily tracker.
Work closely with reginal Logistics Associates (LAs)
Attend weekly/Monthly review call with 3PL and Services
Attend daily/weekly LOCA review call with Services team.
Work with Quality and TSS team on Out Of Box Failure and early failure.
Work with team CDC, 3PL and planning team on Out Of Box Defective cases.
Coordinate with CDC and Delhi Super Stocking Location team on shipment movement.
Escalate issue promptly to immediate repartee manager and or Service Part Manager.
Attend required Inventory training as and when occurs.
