Graduate and above As per industrial norms Responsibilities and Duties Conceptualize and execute visual and UX design solutions across a variety of projects: original content, websites, digital products, print materials, marketing assets, presentations, and unique digital experiences Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using available software development practices Understand and work to meet requirements and creatives Clearly communicate with all levels of professionals across the organization Self-motivated, organized and able to work on several projects at a time Required Experience & Skills 2 to 4 years experience web designing interfaces for desktop, web, or mobile Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles Informed knowledge of common application concerns Demonstrable graphic design skills Experience working within a design system Validated knowledge of semantic HTML and CSS Working knowledge of Javascript and component-based architecture Expert in information architecture and creating highly detailed design specifications Expert knowledge in understanding what engages and motivates users Passionate about excellence, Mastery of Coral draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other common design tools Experience crafting process flow charts, wireframes, and mockups Ability to rapidly prototype with HTML5/ CSS3/ JS Experience with working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications,
