Job Description

    We are looking for competent Real Time Analysts to undertake a variety of tasks in order to help guarantee the companys revenues. You will be responsible for accurately projecting volume trends to distribute it among partner sites as well as connecting with partner sites to help them deliver the service goals.
    • 2 - 3 year Experience in WFM- Real time monitoring role, Generating and publishing Reports: - Hourly/Daily / weekly/ monthly/KPI.
    • Creating reports and template as per process requirement
    • Manage day-to-day reporting.
    • Communicate and coordinate with Vendor as well as Operation teams.
    • Publishing process performance on KPIs, SLAs, AHT, shrinkage attrition etc.
    • Should have the good knowledge of Billing KPIs (Short Calls, SL, AHT, EQ etc)
    • Strong MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, combine and analyze multiple data sources (strong comfort level with formatting, formulas, graphs, pivot tables, etc.) in a business environment with large-scale, complex data sets with experience in automation.
    • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
    • Provide solutions to any relative problems of Vendors
    Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities:
    • Knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet
    • Experience in Automation in MS-Excel Reports
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with MS Access, Visual Basic would be an added advantage
    • Flexible working in rotational Shift & Weekly Offs
    • Voice BPO experience is must.
