Job Description

    Job Summary:
    • Seeking a proactive and motivated individual for the position of Regional Sales Manager in the Sports Nutrition industry.
    • The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Business Development within the Sports Nutrition field, specifically in gyms and fitness centers.
    • Responsible for covering the entire North India market for the companys Sports Nutrition range.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Business Development:
    • Research and identify new business opportunities in the Sports Nutrition segment.
    • Explore new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
    • Identify potential distributors, establish contacts, and conduct face-to-face or phone meetings with customers/clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to discuss promotional strategies and activities.
    • Coordinate with necessary departments such as finance, warehousing, and logistics as needed.
    Relationship Management:
    • Foster and develop strong relationships with customers/clients.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve business operations.
    • Create and nurture a sales pipeline to maintain a steady flow of potential customers.
    • Pricing and Contract Preparation:
    • Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
    • Prepare pricing proposals and contracts that meet the needs of both parties involved.
    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing.
    Sales Team Support:
    • Provide support and guidance to the sales team.
    • Help the team achieve their targets and address any issues or concerns.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, set sales targets, and monitor team performance.
    Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and evaluate performance.
    • Recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the senior management team.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience of 5-7 years in Business Development within the Sports Nutrition industry, with a focus on gyms and fitness centers.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
