Role Purpose:To optimize revenue generation by sales in the Zone through focused approach , relationship management andeffective team management.Ensure Growth of business and define Zonal strategyEnsure achievement of EBIT & net revenues budgets for the ZoneBusiness Development and new LOB building. Identifying New Opportunities (Conventional & Non - Conventional) that will contribute to revenue generationGenerating and Negotiating deals for the ZoneDesign & formulate proposals , presentations and sales pitch to present to client s/ service providers/etcConduct Pre scoping , Scoping , Research activities to validate prospective clients/ CustomersAccount & Relationship Management with external customers and communicate customer requirementsand specifications to Internal stakeholders , VAS operations teams etc. to ensure customer satisfactionsand thereby enhance profitabilityProject Management responsibilities for existing and new roll - outsMaintain and ensure adherence to client/vendors/missions Service Level Agreements (SLAs) andMarketing AgreementsControl , Monitor & Audit the sales deliverables to ensure compliance to defined quality standardsEnsure adherence to the approval process from local/central post(missions)Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzingvariances; initiating corrective actions.Team Management - Maintains staff job results by coaching , counseling , and as required discipliningemployees; planning , monitoring , and appraising job results.Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed salespromotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.,
