Job Description

Sales and Business Development:Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned zone to achieve or exceed gold loan business targets. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the business. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Team Management and Leadership:Lead, manage and mentor a team of Regional/Area Sales Managers and sales executives across the zone. Set performance expectations and targets for team members, and monitor their progress regularly. Conduct periodic reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and individual growth.Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Address customer grievances and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure adherence to the companys policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales and business development activities. Monitor and manage potential risks related to the gold loan portfolio, and take appropriate action to mitigate them. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.Reporting and Performance Tracking:Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to the National Head Gold Loan India. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
