Technical Service Engineer [TSE] offers technical support for company products Location wide . To install and maintain machine as per daily and monthly scheduled. To ensure 100% Customer satisfactions in terms of servicing machines, Training and quality of the products. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of RO systems such as Hot and Cold Water Dispensers i.e.Commercial RO Systems etc. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality & Manufacturing for clarifications on the customers problems related with service. Willing to travel and attend supervision of erection and commissioning of RO systems. Perform hands-on-on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location. Provide onsite training to customers. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services. Develop Service technical documents. Capable of attending emergency break downs service & repairs at site in shortest time with allowed travel options. To ensure quality of products dispensed from machine as per the companies's standard. Always well equipped with technical knowledge of all WAE Corp models to ensure that the complaints are handled with professionalism. Making reports, Follows up timely updating on the company's app and service head. To do periodical, preventing maintenance,Routine service of machine.
