In this role, you ll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, prioritizing cloud essentials and building the digital bridge to welcome new ISVs into our ecosystem. You are part storyteller with a passion for the cloud revolution, tasked with developing a data- driven go- to- market strategy to continue to build and enable the world s largest cloud marketplace. You ll collaborate with the Product Management team to influence the product roadmap, the Sales team to help them drive awareness, interest, and adoption and help educate partners on the pathway to success in the digital economy. Define the automation scope, methodologies, strategies and standards and establish best practices for automation processes which will be an instrument in full SDLC automation, with reporting tools such as Jira. Work with other test leads to manage and organize a small team of test automation engineers. Own the test automation backlog and Scrum Boards of the product and following up the same in daily standup and scrum meetings. Assisting and facilitating with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. Facilitating discussion, decision- making, and conflict resolution within the team. Requirements: BE / B.Tech / MCA/ M.Tech 6+ years of hands- on current experience creating automation frameworks for large scale, distributive systems, with well- balanced coverage across UI, back- end integration, database levels. Hands- on experience in leading the architecture, design, and implementation of the Selenium- Java based QA Automation Framework. Integrate test automation framework with different tools such as TestNG, Gradle/ Ant/ Maven, Jenkins to achieve CI/ CD objective. Deep understanding of any one of the test automation approaches (keyword- driven, Data- driven, BDD, hybrid). Experience in gherkin language automation using cucumber tool to achieve BDD. Added Advantage3+ years of B2B software experience is a plus Experience with web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML/ HTML5, Alex Strong coding skills with an object- oriented language (Java strongly preferred) Knowledge and/ or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, BDD, or Pair programming. ISTQB Foundation Level Certification will be added advantage.
