Job Description

Team Leader

  • Sourcing high value accounts of retailers, traders, MSME companies.
  • Generate leads for his team using bank resources, individual contacts & tele-calling & branch walk-in customers.
  • Handle a team size of 4-6
  • Train team members on sales strategy
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained by team members.
  • Generating leads for Digital products and pass the same to branch
  • Ensuring team targets are met monthly
  • Ensuring compliance standards are met before handing over files to branch
  • Daily operational activities to be done.
Age: 25- 35 yrsGender- Both female and male candidates can applyQualification - Graduation is mandatoryExperience - 2+ yrs of experience in liability sales and total experience of 3 + yrs in banking salesLocation- Trivandrum, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, CalicutBusiness DevelopmentExecutive
  • Current account acquisition through bank leads, referralsand cold calling in catchment area.
  • Qualitycustomer service should be delivered
  • Account activation within TAT.
  • Meet productivity through channels and own efforts.
  • Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, visiting customer and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
  • Facilitate bank in obtaining required documents from customers
  • Compliance shouldnt be compromised.
Age: 20- 28 yrsQualification- Minimum graduation is mandatoryExperience - 1+ yrs of experience in CASA or any retail banking sales.
