Senior Java/Fullstack Developer / Technical Solution & Database ArchitectJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and technically sound Senior Java Developer who can take ownership as a Solution Architect and Database Architect for enterprise-level applications. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performing software architectures while providing strong technical leadership to development teams. The ideal candidate must have hands-on coding expertise in Java and the ability to define both application and data architecture across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Architecture Design and architect enterprise-grade Java-based software solutions.Define system architecture, integration patterns, and development frameworks.Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and practices.Lead technical discussions and design reviews with developers and stakeholders.Java/Fullstack Development Write, review, and optimize Java code (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices).Define coding standards and enforce development best practices.Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate them.Working knowledge with front-end technologiesDatabase Design & Optimization Design scalable and normalized relational database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).Architect data models and indexing strategies to support performance and growth.Design and implement data migration, transformation, and backup strategies.Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance.Prepare optimized SQL queriesTeam Collaboration & Delivery Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the SDLC.Collaborate with project managers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical estimates.Required Skills & Qualifications 8 to 12 years of experience in software development with strong Java, Spring Boot expertise.Proven experience in designing microservices and distributed systems.Strong working knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript etc,Good exposure in ReactJS, AngularJS etc.Deep understanding of RDBMS design principles and SQL query optimization.Experience with API design, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Excellent understanding of software architecture principles, security, and scalability.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Tools & Technologies Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPAMicroservices, API Gateway, Service Discovery (Eureka/Consul)PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, RedisCI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub ActionsDocker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, GrafanaGit, Swagger, PostmanPreferred Skills Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).Experience with performance tuning of JVM-based applications.Educational QualificationBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
