Job Description

    Job Title ;Accounting SpecialistJob Location ;ErodeGender-MaleWorking timing :4.00 pm to 1.00 amNo of Openings : 1Qualification CA preferredExperience : 3 to 5 yrs of Experience preferably with US and European clients are preferred.Salary ;50K TO 60K (Negotiable for the right candidate)Job Description;As an Accounting specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and analyze information,maintain complete and accurate records, assist with routine accounting duties, and provide prompt,courteous responses to inquiries or complaints from clients, vendors, and lenders. you should becommitted to providing efficient, reliable support to accounting department members,other departments, and external parties.Roles & ResponsibilitiesReporting to Director (Accounts & Finance).Preparation of monthly financial statements, variance analysis & other reports required by management or the portfolio company.Completion of month-end closing tasks including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations and bank reconciliationsWorking with the accounting team on the planning, forecasting, and budgeting with help from portfolio companiesReview and analysis of GL accounts and reconciliation of A/R and A/P for completeness and accuracy.Ensure monthly invoicing and collection of inter-company expense allocations and other billings.Create and Maintain Fixed Asset subledger for portfolio companies.Prepare financial analysis on sales and cost of sales for portfolio companies.Participate in preparation and coordination of annual audits with portfolio companies and external auditors.Documentation and monitoring of internal controlsIdentify opportunities for process improvements with manager and portfolio companies.Contribute to ad-hoc projects, as assigned by the Controller. RequirementsBachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Knowledge and minimum 3 years of Experience preferably with US and European clients are preferred.3-5 year of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sectorsIndia CA preferredUnderstanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong math and research skills.Experience in MS Dynamics & Gravity is preferred.Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software.Ability to analyse data accurately and efficiently.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly both with the written and spoken word.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and QuickBooks Online capabilities.Ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision to produce a quality product in a timely fashion.Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment, working through issues,and achieving resolution to challenging problems with little or no supervision.Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Demonstrated ability to be productive, positive, and pro-active in a stressful work environment, by prioritizing work and adapting to changing work demands.English language fluency verbal and written required.Interested Candidates Send Your Profiles To hidden_emailReach Us At : hidden_mobileJob Category: AccountsJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: erodeIndustry: Manufacturing,
