Job Description

    AGM Warehouse AutomationJob location: ErodeExperience : 12YearsQualification : B.Tech / B.E or Diploma in Textile or (Any Relevant degree)Roles & Responsibility:Looking for a candidate with a Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Automation Maintenance, ASRS Project, Material Handling and Automatic Warehouse Maintenance.1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.2. Develop and implement warehouse procedures and protocols to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety standards.3. Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and improve efficiency. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries, preparing shipping4. Manage inventory levels, documentation, and tracking shipments.5. Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.6. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.7. Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory and shipments.8. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in warehouse operations.10. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate activities and resolve issues.11. Stay informed of industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in warehouse management. Most preferable in SAP experience.
