Job Description

    Job Summary:The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling student and parent inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the academy.Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, providing accurate information about courses, admissions, and schedules. Maintain student records, attendance, and other administrative documents. Handle student inquiries, admission processes, and enrollment formalities. Assist in scheduling and coordinating classes, faculty meetings, and events. Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and visitor logs. Coordinate with faculty and support staff for smooth academic operations. Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming. Handle basic administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a front office, reception, or administrative role (preferably in an educational institution). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Ability to multitask and handle queries efficiently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional appearance and a customer-friendly attitude.Preferred Skills: Experience with student management software or CRM tools. Knowledge of admission procedures and academic regulations.
