Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) to kickstart their career in the compressor industry. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of compressors at customer locations. Training will be provided to enhance your technical skills in the field.Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair compressors at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to compressors. Conduct routine maintenance checks and provide on-site technical support. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems while maintaining high service standards. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of parts used. Learn and apply safety guidelines, procedures, and company protocols.Required Qualifications: BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems (training will be provided). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work on-site.
