Job Description

    Job Title: HR RecruiterCompany: Shree FashionLocation: Erode (Hybrid)Shree Fashion is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibilities include identifying and recruiting qualified candidates, monitoring employee performance, motivating staff, and reporting on employee activities to management. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, be proficient in English and Hindi, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office and 4 days working from home, with flexibility as per the companys needs.Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit qualified candidates for various positions. Monitor employee performance and maintain performance records. Develop and implement strategies to motivate employees and improve their performance. Report employee activities, issues, and progress to management regularly. Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Provide support for employee relations and resolve HR-related issues.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
