Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems. Assist in preparing HR reports and documents. Handle HR paperwork, including offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.Employee Relations & Support: Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview processes. Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.Assist employees with benefits enrollment and queries.HR Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws. Assist in audits and compliance-related documentation.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-3 years of HR administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
