Job Description

    Operate Packaging Machines: Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic packing machines to package products, ensuring the machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. Monitor Quality Control: Ensure that products are packed according to company specifications, including proper labeling, sealing, and weight. Machine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machines as needed. Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions and repair minor issues. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating machinery to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Inspect Product Quality: Check packed items for defects such as damaged packaging or incorrect labeling. Reject and report defective products to the supervisor. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including machine settings, production counts, and any issues encountered during the shift. Material Handling: Ensure the supply of necessary packaging materials (e.g., boxes, plastic wraps, labels) is sufficient and ready for use. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other operators, production workers, and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues during the packing process.
