Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Executive to manage the transportation and delivery of natural shelf-life products directly to customers homes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery, maintain excellent customer service, and handle products with care to preserve their quality.Key Responsibilities:Timely Deliveries:Deliver natural shelf-life products to customers homes promptly and accurately.Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery times.Product Care:Handle products with care to ensure they remain in good condition.Follow proper storage and transportation practices to maintain product quality.Customer Interaction:Communicate courteously with customers and address delivery-related queries.Obtain delivery confirmations and handle any special instructions.Logistics Coordination:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including invoices and receipts.Coordinate with the warehouse team for order preparation and updates.Compliance:Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.Ensure proper handling of perishable or sensitive items as per guidelines.Vehicle Maintenance:Ensure delivery vehicles are clean, fueled, and in proper working condition.Report any vehicle issues promptly to the logistics manager.Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent.Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.Knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.Ability to lift and carry products safely.Good time management and organizational skills.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentExpected hours: No less than 56 per weekBenefits: Leave encashmentSchedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Morning shiftPerformance bonusWork Location: In person,
