We are looking for a motivated and capable Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team and oversee our production operations.Department: ProductionJob Role: Production SupervisorOversee daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of quality products. Supervise and manage a team of production workers, ensuring optimal performance and teamwork. Monitor production schedules, raw material usage, and machinery to maintain efficiency. Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
