The ideal candidate will have experience in both consulting and digital marketing, and will be skilled at managing complex, multi-faceted projects while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership:Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final delivery.Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create tailored solutions that drive value and growth.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.Ensure the timely delivery of all project milestones and manage risks or changes proactively.Client Management:Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.Communicate project status, risks, and results clearly and effectively to clients, stakeholders, and team members.Set clear expectations with clients and manage any scope changes or project deviations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with internal teams (digital marketing, creative, analytics, and consulting) to ensure project objectives are met.Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.Quality Control & Process Improvement:Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, conducting reviews and making adjustments as necessary.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular updates and reports on project performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics.Analyze project outcomes and suggest actionable insights for improving client campaigns and future initiatives.Continuous Learning & Innovation:Stay current on industry trends in business consulting, digital marketing, and technology.Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the consulting or digital marketing industry.Proven track record of successfully managing client-facing projects from initiation to completion.Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, etc.).Familiarity with business consulting methodologies and tools.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com).Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Why VINGRO Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.A collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Room for career advancement and professional development.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional business consulting and digital marketing solutions, we want to hear from you!
