Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to support our production team.Job description Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. Effectively interact with the Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved. Checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements. Sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production. Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training. Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory. Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for floor level employees. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling. Doing In-line inspection to check the quality. Pantone color matching. Follow up Pre- Final inspection. To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP. To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house. To maintain all discipline and compliance issue. Ultimately ensure final product quality.Key skills:Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or related field of study and minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance in the textile & garment industry.Must have experience in monitoring and controlling QA and QC, making standardization policy (SOP) related to QA and QC of Garments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftPerformance bonus Yearly bonusExperience: Quality Assurance: 7 years (Required)Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 25/11/2024Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024,
