Job Description

    We are hiring for our client - Econce Technology Management Services.Requirements:- Service Desk Engineer(English Language)Must Have International Voice Experience.Must be excellent communication.JD:- Knowledge and working experience in LTE/UMTS/GPRS/VoIP/IMS/P/I/SCSCF/HSS/EIR/MNP/HLR/SDL Primarily Nokia) Good understanding of Wireless Operator s end-end Network architecture /Protocols and Interfaces. Understanding of Rel 15 and Rel 16 3GPP standards Extensive Working experience with SIP Call processing and SIP Supplementary Services. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.)
