Job Description

We have urgent opening for the post of Accounts & Finance Head in FMCG Industries in Gandhidham GujaratPosition: Accounts & Finance HeadNo of Position- 1CTC- Upto 8 LPA Location- GandhidhamEducation: B.COM/M.COM, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Finance, CA, M.COMExp- 8 to 13 YearsNote: SAP knowledge Mandatory Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

  • Should be conversant with all statutory requirements.
  • Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital,
  • Expenditure and return on investment.
  • Provide all statistical information required to be submitted to Top management
  • Negotiate with banks for short-term and long-term credit
  • Handle statutory and Government Audits
  • In charge of day to day functioning of the Accounts and finance functions.
  • AR/AP/Bank/Cash Accounting daily and monthly basis
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Customer/Supplier/inter-branch and other Reconciliations
  • Ledger review and scrutiny
  • Follow-ups and co-ordination with Location Accounts and Operations Teams for accounting areas
  • Operational Control of various Accounting areas
  • Data preparation/compilation for MIS Reports
  • Data preparation for Income Tax Assessments/Statutory Audit
  • MIS preparation weekly/monthly MIS as per requirement of HOD/Top Management
  • Ensuring that internal SOP of the department is being followed all across and continuous monitoring of the same
Desired Candidate Profile:Preferably Manufacturing industry experience with mid-sized or large companies.Sound accounting knowledge and working experience. Should possess good hands-on experience of accounting operationsAdequate knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise provisions Strong Process and system orientationExperience and exposure to MIS Reports preparationShould have worked in SAP etc.Should have good command over excel spreadsheets, power point presentationsShould possess good oral and written communication skills
