Manager / Executive QA/ QC for the largest Edible oil Manufacturer in the world.Exp- 8 to 12 yearsEducation: MSC/BSCCTC- 25 to 30 % Hike in Present salaryLocation-Mundra GujaratCompany: Will provided all the facilityCandidate must be from the Edible oil ExperienceJob Profile:1. A candidate must have knowledge about testing related to edible oil with all instruments related.2. Working as a Backup of QC Manager.3. Day-to-day Monitoring of QC &QA activities across the plant as per QIP.4. Instrument Calibration as per QIP.5. Quality management of Institutional Supplies & new customer development.6. Support to the QCM for supplier development.7. Process study in terms of quality sustainability.8. Product Performance Analysis on regular basis.9. Documentation of GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP etc. related to the product safety management.10. Critical Chemical handling and reporting to the regulatory department like spirit.11. Monitoring of Safety requirements in the Quality department.12. Internal Auditor for monitoring the Food safety requirements.13. Trainings related to the food safety system implementation like basic food safety, HACCP, PRPs, Hygiene management, Root Cause Analysis.14. Outsourced services management coordination with pest control agencies etc to get effective services as laid down in the agreement.15.
