  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyse sales options by using the company defined sales channel (Direct , Tie up and Institute sales )
  • Manage of enquiries / leads, conducting regular follow up
  • Provide quotations & commercial negotiation, tracking orders, communication with internal departments
  • Achieve and exceed the targets given in the specified period
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate in various trade events & exhibitions
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate reports of all pricings,sales and activity reports
  • Increase market share, Conduct trails and demos on site of new instrument
  • Follow up dispatch of materials and payment collection
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Prepare various Sales MIS and reports and present t senior management as and when required
Team management ( Optional )
  • Responsible for recruitment of the team and productivity for the same
  • Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach the targets
Requisite Skills:.
  • The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an Indian sales environment
  • Good knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment and computer
  • Expert in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Education:
  • Graduate in any science discipline. PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing is desired.
Relevant Experience:
  • 3 Years
