Job Description

  • Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of fired boilers having minimum working pressure of 24 bar
  • Responsible for Operation of all boilers working in battery during the shift operation
  • Responsible for Monitoring of energy performance of all boilers and taking actions to maintain performance of boilers as defined by management
  • Prepare and implement maintenance schedule of boilers and its allied auxiliaries
  • To Maintain inventory of critical spares of boilers and steam systems
  • Plan and implement periodic checking of steam distribution mains including valves, steam traps etc and ensure proper working of all equipments
  • Responsible to develop maintenance practices, whereby we take maximum efficiency, reduce maintenance cost and deliver timely services to the internal customer
  • Responsible to minimize pollution of air, water & soil in your functional area and also develop future plans to reduce the pollution
  • Responsible to guide and give technical support to other departments as and when required related to Refrigeration services.
  • Responsible for top class housekeeping & record keeping of utility department, ISO & IMS requirement of the department.
  • Experience on SAP PM Module.
Required Candidate profile B.E. / Diploma. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Full Time) with minimum 60% with Boiler Proficiency certificate with at least 01 year proven experience in operations & maintenance of Natural Gas / Furnace Oil fired boilers . Knowledge of GMP /GHP /FSMS. Good communication skill in Gujarati, Hindi & English. Knowledge of MS Office & hands on experience on SAP PM module.
