  • Should be able to take up client calls and respond to the client queries of US/ UK
  • Should be able to monitor, track and understand the customer problem and give them appropriate solutions
  • Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building the customers confidence
  • Willingness to work in 24 x 7rotational shift
Working days:5 days a week - Weekly off: 2 days (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday/Sunday)Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of computer
  • Should be good in verbal and written communication
  • Good typing speed
  • Can handle customer queries
  • Candidate should have excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English
