Roles: Preparing Purchase Order and placing it to the Manufacturer. Co - ordinating with the Manufacture for the dispatch of the Material. Monitoring preparation of pre - shipment & post shipment documents. Emailing to the overseas customer regarding the shipment details. Responsible for preparation and presentation of Remittance documents to the bank. Coordination with CHA for upcoming Export clearance. Support Colleague for obtaining Export incentives like MEIS , Export House Certification etc. from DGFT. Insurance cover policy for CIF Documents. Follow up of Duty Drawback. Maintain the record. Responsible for preparing Certificate of Origin & POE documents. Follow up with the bank for the payment. Samples courier to the overseas customer and informing AWB details. Maintaining shipment details in the Excel Sheet and in Register.
