Job Description

  1. Preparation of organization test policy and ensuring adherence of quality policy in organization. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  2. Oversee software development procedures and policies for software solutions / product and process quality standards. Inspect final software application and compare functionalities to requirements.
  3. Identify and create test scenarios, design and develop test scripts. Setup test conditions prior to script execution, execute test scripts. Log defects in defect tracking system and follow entered defects through lifecycle of creation to resolution. Preparation and analysis of traceability matrix.
  4. To carry out technical vulnerability assessments of IT systems and processes, identifying potential vulnerabilities, to make recommendations to control any risks identified and to ensure they are implemented. To respond rapidly and effectively to IT security incidents, managing them in a professional manor including computer forensics for evidence gathering and preservation.
  5. To be responsible for the coordination of regular Information Security Reviews and with partner organisations by conducting assessments of systems, processes and infrastructure and making recommendations to minimize risks identified.
  6. To keep up to date with security trends, threats and control measures, to be an active member of the Information security manager communities.
  7. Able to interpret and enforce security and quality guidelines, compliance & circulars issued by government institution/regulatory bodies.
  8. Able to do internal quality audit and coordination of external audits based on ISO standards.
  9. Able to drive different software and process quality certification like CMMI, STQC etc.
  10. Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment.
