Job Description

Objectives of this Role

  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards for Seeds,CP and CN.
  • Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
  • Proficient with all the polices related to Seeds ,CP & CN.
  • Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across Seeds ,CP & CN.
  • Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance.
  • Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection,sampling of Seeds CP & CN and submit the sample for designated labs and testing results of confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables to team members.
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
  • To co- ordinate with external and internal customer for smooth functioning of activity and communication across team members.
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
  • This will be a travelling job so would be required to travel in and out of Gujarat.

Skills and Qualifications

  • MSc(Agri) in Agro chemicals/Seed technology / Pathology / Entomology / plant breeding
  • Relevant experience should be minimum 4 years.
  • Should be proficient in Gujarati language
  • Should be open to travel
  • Strong Network and relationship skills with internal and external stake holders
  • Sound Knowledge of all the Rules & Regulation/polices of Seeds ,CP & CN including various acts,BIS specifications etc .
  • Develop SOP for Quality Assurance & Compliance and Implementation successfully across Seeds,CP & CN
  • Superb computer competence, including database management
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
  • Should be adaptable, initiative taker and have strong interpersonal Skills.
