Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose : Responsible to Lead the development of new product opportunities, serving as technical lead, define product performance requirements and develop new test methods Key Role & Responsibilities
    • Define R & D project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and Production team
    • Lead and manage the R&D operations and bring new technologies
    • Design, Research and Evaluate materials & processes for product development.
    • Lead key projects with R & D team to support business goals of the company
    • Handle research and development of microbiological/ immunoassays for the evaluation of the vaccines
    • Develop new products and transfer new technologies to the production department
    • Document all phases of research and development
    • Standardize the production processes for commercial production of new products.
    • Prepare & execute the projects within budget and timelines
    • Develop process for new projects Product Development - Avian & Large Animal
    • Generate all the required scientific data
    • Assist sales and marketing team with technical inputs on our products
    Experience: 12 to 15 Years Qualification:PhD in Veterinary Science/ VirologyCompetenciesTechnical:Avian & large animal, pathogen, isolation identification & characterization, Molecular biology, Recombinant technology, Immunology Techniques Behavioral: Leadership & People Management Skills, Business Accumen, Decision Making, Time Management,
