Prepare and execute overall annual plan for academic requirements with support from the Management . Own all the tasks and assignments of the entire IIT - JEE/ NTSE/ Olympiads and C . B . S . E . academic team across India . Closely monitor the progress of academic work distributed to all faculty members across different courses and products . Ensure error - free and relevant quality content for all programs across all courses . Suggest implement new academic products and initiatives for all courses , based on emerging trends and need of the students , in consultation with the management . Responsible for quality of entire content of all programs . Modify or create new program offerings to maintain leadership and quality standing of the organization in the IIT - JEE market . Re - vamp and revise entire content (notes , tests , assignments and question banks) on annual basis . Ensure implementation of corporate study plan and test schedules for all the courses . Liaison with faculty member centre heads to build a healthy and effective feedback mechanism . Prepare guidelines for academic implementation for HODs and faculty members . An IIT graduate/ post - graduate with extensive academic exposure to complete cycle of academic development and implementation . Candidate with experience in education industry will be given preference . A minimum of 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in planning , executing and refining academic programs for IIT - JEE/ NTSE and other competitive exams . Must have managerial , operational and administrative capabilities . Minimum 10 - 12 years of work experience with a reputed institution . Salary packages at Study Vault Education Pvt .
