We are looking for General Manager - Plant InchargePlease find below the details:Role and Responsibilities:*Manages policy deployment in the areas of lean manufacturing techniques, cost reduction,quality, complete and on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and plant performance measures.*Will direct and manage all parts of the plants operation with overall responsibility forproduction lines, maintenance, quality and safety.*Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improvedworking relations.*Responsible for overlooking the planning of all departments everyday as per clientsrequirements and commitments.*Leads the development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on qualityand continuous improvement.*Formulates and reviews manufacturing and production policies and programs in line with the overall business plan.*Guiding team leaders/supervisors in daily operations, trouble shooting, planning, cost control,profitability improvement and safety in operations.*Should be able to relate to all employees and motivate them to achieve highest levels ofemployee productivity.*Responsible for overlooking the planning of all departments everyday as per clientsrequirements and commitments.* Responsible for client interaction for the order status and giving heads up to all the departments for the urgencies and important orders.Location - GhaziabadCTC - 6 Lacs
