Job Responsibilities1.Knowledge of maintenance of the following machines: moulding machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and SPMs2.Should be able to resolve the breakdown cases in machines3.Handling maintenance activities of mechanical as well as electrical related to injection moulding machines, other machines, utilities4.Candidate must be well experienced to set all processing parameters on the injection moulding machine5.Maintain spares, MIS and statutory compliance related to maintenance6.planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising and guide technically to staff, obtaining specialist components7.creating maintenance procedure and Spare part management to ensure there are no production stoppage due to spare unavailability.8.ISO documentation related to machine maintenance
