Job Description

Greetings to you all from Pharma Placements Inc.We have been retained by a young fast growing Pharma Company to hire a Manager - Logistics to be based at their HO at Ghaziabad. The details of the position are as under: Job Profile:

  • MIS Reports:- Preparing the reports regarding MRN, Transit insurance, Freight bills, Dispatch details of Sales & Promotional Materials, Imported Goods, Slow or Fast moving goods, Sales, Manpower, etc.
  • Planning and Analysis:- Daily mutual co-ordination / planning with seniors and sub-ordinates regarding to order receiving, sales (Domestic & Imported goods), sales returns, promotional materials, dispatches, stock transfers, manpower, etc. to achieving common goal.
  • Order Executions, On time and accurate Delivery:- Generation & reconciliation of execution documents (Orders, Packing Lists, Challans, Invoices, Waybills, Promotional Materials or other documents) and manage supplies on priority basis with proper safe packing.
  • Tracking service failure and find out the solutions for fast and intact delivery.
  • Observation and updation of daily execution / activities individual employee wise on daily & monthly basis.
  • Inventory and Optimum use of Space:- Proper guide and educate officers/workers for proper capacity utilization of space. Regular physical verification of stock, monitoring excess / expiry / non moving stock. Keep the stock level and apply LIFO & FIFO as per company decided norms. Coordinating with the suppliers to arrange the goods timely according to sales or buffer orders.
  • Return Goods and CN/DN:- Ensuring about the return goods which are received from the customers and send the details to concern departments (Sales, Q.C. and accounts deptt.) for further process (Salvaging) to raise the DN/CN.
  • Co-ordination with concern departments: (Production & planning, RM Stores, Purchase, Account & Excise Deptt., Field Staff & Marketing) regarding various issues, timely order execution and dispatches the goods to the customers.
  • Dispatching & Transportation:- Coordination with various transporters for booking the consignments, freight bills, claims, etc. Tracking the dispatched consignment or stock transfers (CFA goods) with the coordination of transporters to deliver the goods to prompt destination timely.
  • Maintenance & up keeping of Warehouse.
  • Stock Take:- Assisting in Internal (Monthly) and Annual Stock Take.
  • Communication, General Discipline & Punctuality:- Co-ordinating with HR related to staff, office Admin work, such as maintenance of office equipments / premises/ renewals of all licenses, etc. Facilitating team and sub-ordinates efficiently, understands, analyzes and presenting facts and figures systematically. Owns responsibility for individual and team actions, accepting personal responsibility and commitments.
